... a little early this year!
So I was poking around on some recipe sites last week, and an Ethiopian woman (living in the US) mentioned that she uses this Lefse grill to make Injera, with great success. I clicked over to Amazon, and what do you know... they've got them! She says she uses a lid from a 16" frying pan, and this thing cranks out the Injera like a hot diggidy.
ETA: Coincidentally, Nicky over at Rowan Family Tree just posted about her new Lefse/Injera pan. She found an awesome stainless steel one... go have a look!

2 Fellow Bletherers:
Not too long ago we were at a sporting goods store which sells an incredible array of cast iron. One of the pieces was a HUGE flat cast iron skillet. We all thought of you and injera. The girls wanted to get it for you, but we knew we would have to sell everything we own in order to mail that baby to you.
Awesome! It looks the same, except mine is stainless. But it might be the same manufacturer...
Cheers
Nicky
